Biography

Caitlin is a life-long artist. She knew from a young age that she would like to employ the healing qualities of artistic expression to ultimately help other access their own healing. Having grown up in a creative and artistic environment, this kind of expression has always and continues to feel natural; she facilitates this same ease of expression in her counseling work as well. Friends and family describe Caitlin as empathic, compassionate, creative, warm, witty, and intuitive.

Caitlin received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College in 2006, followed by her Masters of Arts in Art Therapy also at Albertus Magnus College in 2010. She is an adjunct professor in both the undergraduate and graduate art therapy programs there.

"The artist is not a person endowed with free will who seeks his own ends, but one who allows art to realize its purposes through him."

-Carl Gustav Jung
